This business location is a major letdown. The experience starts off with a nice selection of appliances, including new and gently used ones. However, things quickly take a turn for the worse. The staff seems to be lacking in professionalism, with one salesman acting shady and untrustworthy. The incident where the salesman tries to rip off a customer by claiming they were short-changed is particularly egregious. Additionally, the store's communication and follow-through are severely lacking, with promises of delivery that never materialize. The lack of accountability and transparency is shocking, especially considering the business's shady behavior is reportedly not even unusual. It's also surprising that a business would let a repair truck break down without having a backup plan in place.
