APJ Granite Inc. is a reputable business located in Thonotosassa City, serving customers with premium granite, quartz, and marble services in the Tampa Bay area. With over 15 years of experience, they have established themselves as top contractors in the industry. The company is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, making it convenient for customers to visit during these hours. The business has received positive reviews from several customers, with many praising their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. Some customers have mentioned that the price was less than quoted by other companies, indicating that APJ Granite Inc. is competitive in their pricing. However, there have been a few instances of negative experiences, including a customer who reported that their granite was dropped and damaged, and another customer who felt that the company was unresponsive and unreliable. One customer even reported being scammed by the company, with the owner responding insensitively to their concerns.Overall, APJ Granite Inc. appears to be a reliable business with a strong track record of quality work, but some customers have had negative experiences that may indicate a need for improvement in their customer service and reliability. It is worth noting that one major issue with the company is the potential for accidents and damage to property, as evidenced by the customer who reported that their granite was dropped and damaged. This is a significant concern that should be taken seriously by the business and addressed to prevent future incidents.
