The gym has a good overall rating, but the quality of the equipment and services is somewhat average. The gym has a wide range of equipment and free weights, which is a plus, but some users have reported that the equipment can be outdated and not well-maintained. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but some users have reported difficulty with customer service and communication. The gym offers a variety of group training classes and personal training options, which is a great feature for those who want to mix up their workout routine. However, some users have reported that the classes can be poorly led and that the personal trainers can be pushy and expensive. The gym has a 24-hour access policy, which is a great feature for those who want to work out at odd hours. The gym also has a clean and well-maintained atmosphere, which is a plus for users who value cleanliness and organization. One of the main drawbacks of the gym is the difficulty in cancelling membership contracts, which can be frustrating for users who need to make changes to their fitness routine. Overall, the gym has a good rating, but it could improve in terms of quality of equipment and services.
