This small business, Antique Militaria Buyers, is a great place to visit if you're interested in vintage militaria items like medals, canteens, and soldiers' war gear. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you find what you're looking for. They also offer a convenient service of buying and appraising military memorabilia.
The business has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, which is a thoughtful feature. They also have a restroom on site for customer convenience. However, the shop itself is quite small and it's easy to miss it if you're not paying attention.
The inventory of the shop seems to be limited, and some customers have reported that the photos on Google Maps don't accurately represent the items they have in stock. One reviewer even went so far as to say that the shop is a total disappointment and that the owner was misleading about the items they had available.
On the other hand, the prices of the items seem to be reasonable and competitive. Some customers have even been able to find very rare and old items, such as a 981 AD coin. However, this positive experience is not representative of all customers.
The working hours of the shop are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays. However, the shop is closed on Sundays, which may be a drawback for some customers.
Overall, Antique Militaria Buyers is a solid choice for those interested in vintage militaria, but it's essential to have realistic expectations about the inventory and the shopping experience.
