We had a mixed experience with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. While the location and cleanliness of the properties were great, some of the issues we encountered were significant. Our first issue was with a rental property that had a strong smell of marijuana coming from the adjacent duplex, which made our stay uncomfortable. We also had issues with cleanliness, including dirty utensils and kitchen items. The office was closed on Sundays, which made it difficult for us to report the issues. When we called to report the issues, the representative was unhelpful and didn't take our concerns seriously.Another issue we experienced was with a rental property that had a broken refrigerator and a recliner that was not functional. The representative we spoke to was unresponsive and didn't offer any solutions or apologies. We had to spend our Sunday cleaning the property ourselves because the office was closed.On the other hand, we had a great experience with some of the properties we rented. One property, the Anna Cabana, was very clean and well-maintained, and the representatives were responsive and helpful. Another property, the Anna Grand Beach House, was amazing and exceeded our expectations.However, we did have some issues with customer service, including unresponsive representatives and a lack of follow-up. We also had some issues with the cleanliness of the properties, including dirty dishes and utensils. Overall, we would give Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals 4.3 out of 5 stars. While they have some great properties and responsive representatives, they need to work on their customer service and cleanliness standards.
