Animal Wellness Centre of Wesley Chapel is a reputable animal hospital located in Wesley Chapel, FL. It has received positive reviews from many clients, praising its friendly and caring staff, excellent veterinary care, and reasonable prices. The hospital's facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Many clients have expressed their gratitude for the centre's ability to provide quality care for their pets, often going above and beyond to ensure their pets' comfort and well-being.However, some clients have had negative experiences with the hospital, citing issues with communication, billing, and emergency care. One client reported that their pet was given the wrong medication and had to be seen at another vet, while another client had a severe reaction to medication that they claimed was caused by the hospital's negligence. Another client was unhappy with the hospital's boarding services, citing neglect and inadequate care for their pet.The hospital seems to be doing its best to address client concerns and provide quality care, but there are some areas for improvement. It is essential for clients to communicate clearly with the hospital and to understand the hospital's policies and procedures before leaving their pets in their care.It is also worth noting that the hospital has a unique approach to pet care, offering holistic and natural treatments in addition to traditional veterinary care. While this approach may be beneficial for some pets, it may not be suitable for all.Overall, Animal Wellness Centre of Wesley Chapel is a reputable hospital with a caring and knowledgeable staff, but it is essential to exercise caution and do thorough research before entrusting your pet's care to them. The only issue is with the hospital's communication and emergency care, which has led to negative experiences for some clients.
