Animal Wellness Center is a veterinarian clinic located in Plant City, FL. They provide a wide range of services, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and surgeries. The clinic is known for its affordable prices and friendly staff. Many clients have praised the clinic for its excellent care and service. They have reported that the staff is very knowledgeable and caring, and that the prices are very reasonable. Some clients have also noted that the clinic is very clean and well-maintained.However, some clients have experienced long wait times and difficulties in getting appointments. One client reported that they had to wait over an hour for their appointment, and that the information on their cat's file was incorrect. The clinic has implemented a system where clients can check in online and wait in their car until it's their turn to be seen. This has helped to reduce wait times and make the experience more efficient. One issue that the clinic needs to work on is providing clear and accurate information to clients. Some clients have reported receiving incorrect information or being put on hold for extended periods of time.Overall, Animal Wellness Center is a good option for pet owners who are looking for affordable and quality care. However, they need to work on improving their communication and appointment scheduling systems.
