The Animal Diagnostic Center is a well-regarded veterinary clinic located in Temple Terrace, Florida. The staff is generally friendly and caring, with many reviewers praising their compassion and professionalism. They offer a wide range of services, including medical, surgical, and dental care, as well as boarding and grooming facilities.Reviewers have reported positive experiences with the clinic's facilities, which are described as clean and welcoming. The staff is also praised for their ability to explain treatment options and procedures in a clear and patient manner. However, there are some concerns regarding the clinic's pricing, with one reviewer reporting that they were told that the clinic did not offer vaccines for one-year-old dogs due to a weight restriction. Some reviewers have also reported negative experiences with the clinic's customer service, with one reviewer describing the receptionist as "snappy" and another reviewer reporting that they were hung up on by a staff member.Overall, the Animal Diagnostic Center appears to be a reputable and caring veterinary clinic, but may have some room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
