The location of the business has a mix of positive and negative reviews. The customers generally praise the staff, especially Javier, Deliris, and Meka, for being friendly, helpful, and professional. Many customers appreciate the quick and efficient service, as well as the wide range of services offered. Some customers also mention the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the store. However, there are also some negative reviews, including one customer who had a bad experience with Jarwin, who made them feel like a liar and put obstacles in their way. Another customer reported rude and disrespectful treatment from the staff, including long delays in service and conversations among employees. The business has a good overall rating, but there are some issues with quality control and customer service. The pricing seems to be reasonable, and the innovativeness of the business is also notable, with many customers appreciating the variety of services offered. One major issue to be addressed is the inconsistency in customer service, with some staff members providing excellent service and others being rude or unhelpful. The business should strive to provide consistent and high-quality service to all customers.Overall, the business has a strong foundation, but needs to work on improving quality control and customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
