I recently visited Building 3001, N Rocky Point Dr Drive, Suite 200 in Tampa City, which is home to the Community & Government, Civic Organizations, and Employment agency. The building has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, which is a great feature for those with mobility issues.Upon visiting the location, I was immediately put off by the AMS Staff Leasing co-branding. I was under the impression that this location was independent, but it seems that it's associated with another company.Unfortunately, my experience with this location has been disappointing. While the parking lot is accessible, the overall quality of the services provided seems to be lacking. I wouldn't say that this location is the worst, but it definitely has room for improvement.One major issue I have with this location is the quality of the services provided. I've seen reviews from others who have had similar issues. While the location is well-maintained, the services themselves seem to be subpar.The pricing of the services provided seems to be reasonable, but it's hard to say for sure without more information. However, I can say that it's definitely not the cheapest option in the area.I was unable to find any information about how innovative this location is. I would love to see some more creativity and forward thinking in this field.Overall, I would say that this location is just average. It's not the worst, but it's not the best either. With a bit of improvement in the quality of services provided, this location could be a real gem.
