The AMS Central business location is situated in Building 1000, US-27 Street, Avon Park City. It is a Construction & Development company that offers Roof Repair and Roofing contractor services. The business is wheelchair accessible, both in terms of parking and entrance, and provides onsite services and online estimates.AMS Central has received a 4.2-star rating from third-party platforms, indicating generally positive customer satisfaction. However, there are a few issues that have been highlighted by some clients. One of the clients mentioned that they had to wait for over 2 years for AMS Central to correct their work, despite repeated promises to do so. This suggests that there may be issues with the company's follow-up and customer service. On the other hand, many clients have praised the company's professionalism, value for money, and friendly staff. One client mentioned that the costs were as quoted, and another praised the crew's punctuality and excellent work. The business has been recommended by several clients, with one stating that they wouldn't go anywhere else for roofing services. The owner has responded to some of the negative reviews, offering apologies and solutions to resolve the issues.Despite some concerns, AMS Central seems to be a reliable and trustworthy business that prioritizes customer satisfaction. However, the company needs to work on addressing its follow-up and customer service issues to maintain its high ratings.
