Amerson Landscape Inc is a business located at Building 395, Terra Ceia Rd Road, Terra Ceia City, providing services in the categories of Construction & Development, Landscape Design, and Landscaper. The company has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, which is a convenient feature for customers. Their working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which seems to be standard hours for a business of this type. On the other hand, it is sad to hear that one customer had a very poor experience with the company. The customer claimed that they were misrepresented, lied to, and had no work ethic, which is unacceptable for any business. The customer specifically mentioned Jack, one of the employees, and the lack of communication from Corey or the leadership team. This is a major red flag and raises concerns about the company's reliability and trustworthiness. However, other customers have had positive experiences with Amerson Landscape Inc. One customer mentioned that they were impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff, including Jack and Tim. They also appreciated the efficient landscape design and the attention to detail. Another customer praised the company's communication and responsiveness, stating that they always received pictures of the completed job and were kept informed throughout the process. They also appreciated the promptness and affordability of the services. Some customers have mentioned that the company is busy, so be patient when waiting for their services. One customer appreciated the company's ability to come up with creative solutions to problems, such as seepage issues due to an A/C condensation line. Overall, while there are some concerns about the company's reliability and communication, there are also many positive comments about the quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness. It is essential for customers to do their research and read multiple reviews before making a decision about using Amerson Landscape Inc's services.
