This flooring store has its good and bad moments. The workers were friendly and polite, showed up on time and finished the job well. One client got a job with American Wood Flooring from a recommendation and said the workers were fantastic, Shawn and Bryan were the best, and they paid attention to detail. The client appreciated their service and were very happy. The installation of the floor was a big deal for another client who had limited time to work on their vacation home. The worker, Pat Dunning, helped them choose a floor, took care of all the details, and even gave them progress pictures.
On the other hand, one client said that the worker lied about the flooring materials being American made with no formaldehyde. They actually came from China with the same chemical, which almost lost them a sale. Another client experienced poor workmanship, poor follow-up, and was not happy with the final result.
