American Rodent Sarasota is a well-established business providing excellent pest control services, particularly in rodent removal and trapping. The company has a strong reputation, with a high overall rating from clients. Quality of service is consistently high, with a well-organized and thorough approach to solving pest issues. The company's pricing is reasonable and competitive, which is a major advantage. However, some clients may experience issues with customer service, particularly with Dustin, the owner, who can come across as dismissive and unprofessional in some cases. One notable issue that stands out is the lack of consistency in response times. While Dustin is often quick to respond, there have been instances where he fails to follow up or returns calls in a timely manner. This can be frustrating for clients who are dealing with urgent pest control issues.Despite this issue, American Rodent Sarasota remains a reliable and effective solution for pest control problems. Their expertise in rodent removal and trapping is impressive, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their guarantees and follow-up services.Overall, American Rodent Sarasota is a solid choice for anyone seeking professional pest control services in the Sarasota area. While there may be some minor issues with customer service, the company's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses, making it a reliable and trustworthy option for those in need of pest control solutions.
