This location is an excellent place to rent equipment. American Pride Rental Equipment and Sales has a wide variety of tools and machinery available for rent, including STIHL power tools and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, always happy to help with any questions or concerns. The prices are competitive and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the equipment. While the staff is friendly and accommodating, there are some issues with the logistics department. One customer had a difficult experience with a piece of equipment being unavailable due to being out of the company's service area, which was not clearly communicated. However, the company apologized for the inconvenience and made an effort to resolve the issue. Overall, American Pride Rental Equipment and Sales is a great resource for anyone in need of equipment rental services. The only area for improvement is the communication and coordination between the logistics department and the customers. With a bit more attention to this area, the company could provide an even better experience for its customers.
