This American Pride Electric business location has gained an excellent reputation among its clients. Almost all of the reviews praised the quality of the services provided, with several clients mentioning that the technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and timely. The company seems to excel in its ability to deliver excellent quality work, which is reflected in the numerous 5-star reviews. On the other hand, the pricing of the services might be slightly higher than what some clients would consider reasonable, but overall, the company's pricing is considered fair and reasonable. The innovativeness of the company is also notable, with several clients mentioning that the technicians were able to find solutions to complex electrical problems. However, it is worth noting that the company might not be as innovative in terms of adopting new technologies or methods. One issue that stands out is the negative review from a client who claimed that the company is a "FRAUD" and "totally unprofessional." However, the company's response suggests that there may have been a misunderstanding, and they are willing to address the issue. Despite this, it is worth noting that the company's reputation is generally excellent, and this negative review is an isolated incident.Overall, American Pride Electric appears to be a reliable and trustworthy business location that provides excellent quality services. However, potential clients should be aware of the possibility of higher pricing and the need to communicate effectively to avoid any misunderstandings.
