The American Hero Construction of Florida-Tampa/South West Florida is a construction company located at Building 3027, Manatee Ave W a Street, Bradenton City. They identify as a veteran-owned company and have a wheelchair accessible parking lot. However, it appears that they have a significant issue with responsiveness, as many clients have reported difficulty in contacting them for various reasons, including unreturned calls, emails, and texts. This has led to several complaints about poor communication and lack of follow-through on promises. Some clients have also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of work, citing issues with leaks, poor craftsmanship, and unprofessional behavior from workers. While some clients have had positive experiences with the company, the majority of feedback suggests that the quality of work is a major concern.Regarding pricing, the company seems to have competitive pricing, with some clients reporting that they were able to get a good deal on their roof installation or repair.Unfortunately, the innovativeness of the company is not clearly evident from the feedback, as most clients have reported standard services and not much in the way of creative or innovative approaches. It's worth noting that some clients have reported positive experiences with the company, particularly with certain employees such as Evan, who was praised for his professionalism and attention to detail. However, these positive experiences are outweighed by the numerous complaints about poor communication and quality of work.Overall, the company's reputation is marred by its failure to respond to clients' concerns and its inconsistent quality of work. While they may have competitive pricing, this is not enough to offset the significant issues that have been reported.
