I visited this medical service location, an eye care center, which seems to be associated with American Eye Care Center. The experience was disappointing. They have a clear communication problem, as seen in their handling of appointments and interactions with clients. Unfortunately, I had to wait and was not provided with any updates, which was frustrating. The office appears to be understaffed, as I was left unattended at times. Despite the location's potential, the overall quality of service seems to be subpar.
