The third-party rating of 3.7 indicates a decent overall assessment. However, the clients' feedback reveals a mixed picture. One client expressed disappointment due to a lack of callback, while another client was extremely satisfied with the service, praising the contractor's responsiveness, punctuality, quality, professionalism, and value.
The positive feedback highlights the contractor's efforts to complete the job in a timely manner and go above and beyond to help customers in difficult situations. On the other hand, the negative feedback suggests that some customers may experience delays or poor communication.

Overall, the business has its strengths, such as good pricing, but also has room for improvement, particularly in terms of quality consistency.
