The location provides a decent experience for its customers. The working hours are consistent and predictable, with the store open from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. The presence of on-site parking and wheelchair-accessible entrance makes it convenient for customers to visit. However, the hours of operation could be expanded to include more days of the week, like Saturdays, to cater to a broader customer base. The employees are professional and provide excellent customer service, as evident from the numerous positive reviews. One issue is the speeding drivers who are often seen on the premises, which can be a concern for residents nearby. The company has a wide range of products, including lumber and trusses, making it a one-stop shop for customers. They also offer delivery services, which is a convenient option for customers who cannot visit the store in person. Overall, the location is a good choice for customers looking for building materials, but there is room for improvement in terms of operational hours and driver behavior.
