This review is about American Best Towing in Sarasota City. The company offers emergency towing services, 24/7, and is known for its quick response time. The team is professional, friendly, and efficient, making a stressful situation much more manageable. They employ state-of-the-art equipment and vehicles, ensuring the safe and secure transportation of vehicles. The company is also LGBTQ+ friendly and has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it an inclusive service provider. They accept credit cards as a payment method and have a wide range of services, including car towing, battery service, and local and long-distance hauling. The prices are competitive and transparent, without any hidden fees or surprises. The quality of service is exceptional, with customers praising the team's professionalism, courtesy, and respect. However, one issue that was noted by a customer is the need for better communication and follow-up after the service is provided. This is a minor issue, but it is something that the company could work on to improve their overall service.Overall, American Best Towing is a reliable and trustworthy company that provides excellent service to its customers. They are highly recommended for anyone in need of towing services in Sarasota City.
