I visited the medical laboratory located at Building 2484, Caring Way Street, in Port Charlotte City. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a restroom and parking lot that are easily accessible for people with disabilities. However, the customer service was not satisfactory, which is a major concern for any medical facility. Unfortunately, one of the customers had a very negative experience with the service, describing it as "awful" and stating that the place is "unsanitary". This single issue is a significant red flag.
