This business is located in Building 202 on SW 17th St C Street in Ocala City. It seems that the business has good access for customers with disabilities, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. However, the quality of the services provided by this business is a concern. There are some issues with refunds, with one customer still waiting for their refund after being promised it would be processed. The business has a co-branding relationship with Ambient Healthcare of Central Florida, which may indicate a level of quality in terms of services provided. However, this is not enough to outweigh the issue with refunds. One of the major issues with this business is the long wait time for refunds. A customer reported waiting for over a month to receive their refund, which is unacceptable.Despite this issue, the business has a 5-star rating from its co-branding partner Ambient Healthcare of Central Florida, which suggests that some customers have had a positive experience. It's worth noting that the business has not responded to the customer's complaint, which suggests a lack of customer service skills. In terms of pricing, the business appears to be very competitive, with a rating of 5 out of 5.Overall, while this business has some good qualities, the issue with refunds is a major concern that needs to be addressed.
