The location, situated in the JH Williams Oil Company Inc at 1901 E Adamo Dr Drive in Tampa City, is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the parking lot is wheelchair accessible, and the entrance is also suitable for people with mobility issues. This is a great feature for the community. Additionally, the location is open 24/7, which can be convenient for those who need to pick up packages or use other services at any time.On the other hand, the quality of service seems to be a major issue. There have been reports of damaged and opened packages, missing items, and even an entire package disappearing. This is unacceptable, especially for a business that provides mailing and e-commerce services. The owner's response to one of the complaints was also unprofessional and dismissive. In terms of pricing, it seems that this location is relatively affordable, which is a positive aspect. However, the lack of quality control and the issues with damaged packages might outweigh the benefits of low prices.Innovatively, the location is a gas station, which might make it a convenient stop for people who need to fill up their tanks while picking up packages. However, this does not necessarily make up for the poor quality of service.Overall, while the location has some positive features, the issues with quality and customer service are significant concerns. It's worth noting that the last feedback was from 2023, and there is no guarantee that the situation has improved since then. As one customer wisely advised, it's best to avoid headaches and select another locker.
