I have been living in Alvista Sterling Palms for a few months and I have to say that my experience has been mostly positive. The community is very quiet and clean, and the management is diligent and responsive to any issues that arise. The maintenance team is always on top of every request I've ever placed, and the staff in the office are always friendly and helpful. However, I do have to say that there are a few issues that I've encountered. First, the valet trash pickup service can be a bit inconvenient and the majority of residents don't seem to use it, but we are all charged anyway. Second, I've noticed that the complex can be a bit understaffed at times, particularly in the evenings when I go to pick up packages. Additionally, I've had a few issues with pets being left unattended or not being picked up after, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say that Alvista Sterling Palms is a good place to live, but it's not perfect. One thing that really stood out to me was the lack of assigned parking spots, which can make it difficult to find a spot, especially during late hours. The complex is well-maintained and the amenities are great, but the noise from the neighbors above and below can be a bit of an issue. I've also had to deal with some pesky roaches and ants in my apartment, which can be a nuisance. On the other hand, the office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond to any requests I've made. I've also noticed that the complex can be a bit pricey, but the location is convenient and the community is very safe. I would recommend Alvista Sterling Palms to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live, but I would caution them to be aware of the potential issues mentioned above.
