This condominium complex is a great place to live, with a very helpful staff. Danielle and Xiomara are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They made the moving-in process smooth and easy. The complex is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus for some residents. The peaceful atmosphere is also a big advantage. However, there are some minor issues with the quality of the building. The complex is co-branded with Altis Twin Lakes, which suggests a level of partnership and cooperation. The co-brands, such as Altis Twin Lakes, seem to be a good sign that the complex is well-managed. Unfortunately, the innovativeness of the complex is not as well-documented.
