The location of Alta Citron apartment complex is in a convenient location with various amenities, such as dog park, wheelchair accessible parking lot, and wheelchair accessible entrance. The complex offers onsite services for its residents. Alta Citron is well-maintained and has a beautiful pool area. The staff, particularly Jason and Brenda, are very friendly and helpful. They provide excellent customer service, making the leasing process smooth and easy. The complex has a variety of amenities, including a gym, yoga room, and game room. However, some residents have experienced noise issues from neighbors, and the internet service has been unreliable. Some residents have had issues with the management team, feeling that they are not responsive to problems and do not take concerns seriously. There have been reports of delayed maintenance and incorrect charges. Some residents have also mentioned that the complex can be noisy, especially with children playing in the hallways. On the other hand, the location is close to shopping and dining options, and the community is generally peaceful. The complex has a good reputation, with many residents praising the staff and amenities. However, some residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the management team and the quality of service. The pricing is generally considered fair, but some residents feel that it is overpriced considering the issues they have faced. The innovativeness of the complex is high, with modern amenities and a beautiful design. However, some residents feel that the complex could improve in terms of responsiveness to problems and customer service. Overall, Alta Citron is a good option for those looking for a convenient and peaceful living experience, but may not be the best choice for those who value excellent customer service and responsiveness to problems.
