I had a chance to visit the ALSO Youth center in Bradenton City and was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were clean and well-maintained. The center is easily accessible by car, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for visitors with mobility issues.
The center's focus on empowering LGBTQ+ youth and their allies is commendable, and it's clear that they're doing important work in the community. The center's website is user-friendly and provides a wealth of information about their programs and services.
One minor issue I noticed was that the phone number on their website did not match the number I was given by the staff, but this could simply be a matter of outdated information.
