This location has a strong sense of community and support for homeless pregnant women and new mothers. Many reviewers praise the staff for being friendly and helpful, and the organization for providing essential services such as baby clothes, milk, and food. The location is wheelchair accessible and has on-site parking. However, some reviewers mention issues with staff behavior, such as dismissiveness and unapproachability, which may leave residents feeling unsupported and undervalued. Additionally, there have been reports of mold in the bathroom, which can exacerbate health concerns. The organization's priorities seem to be in the right place, but there are clear areas for improvement to provide a more holistic and nurturing environment for residents. The overall rating reflects the mixed feedback and potential for growth.
