This location has the potential to be a great electric vehicle charging station, but unfortunately, it falls short in several areas. The quality of the Alpha EV golf cart, which is sold on site, is a major concern. The customer who bought an Alpha EV four-seat model reported a serious issue with the back seat, which snapped due to poor manufacturing. Despite sending pictures and reporting the problem, the manufacturer did not take responsibility and instead told the customer that it was not a defect in manufacturing. This lack of accountability is alarming.The customer service is also lacking, with the manufacturer taking over a month to respond to the customer's inquiry and offering no real solution to the problem. The customer was even told to "good luck" when inquiring about purchasing a new backseat, which is unacceptable.The only positive aspect of this location is its pricing, which seems to be reasonable. However, this is not enough to make up for the poor quality and lack of customer service.Overall, this location is not living up to its potential, and customers may want to think twice before visiting or purchasing from this location.
