I had a good experience at Ally's Beauty Lounge, where I received professional and friendly service. The staff, including Veronica, are knowledgeable and helpful. The ambiance of the salon is nice and clean, making me feel comfortable. The variety of beauty services and products they offer is impressive. However, one negative experience from a client made me think twice about the salon's management and organization.
A former client had a bad experience with Veronica, which included her canceling an appointment without returning the deposit. This issue could have been resolved more professionally, and I think the salon could improve their communication and customer service in this regard.
