The business location is a well-established and highly-rated facility. The staff, particularly Shaun, are extremely helpful and courteous, with many customers praising their exceptional customer service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and safe, with a secure parking lot and entrance. The staff are also knowledgeable and can assist with a range of services, including storage, truck rentals, and moving supplies. The pricing is competitive, with many customers commenting on the affordable rates. However, it's worth noting that some customers have mentioned that the facility can be a bit cramped to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. One potential issue to be aware of is that the facility does not have a full-time staff on site on Sundays, which may cause some inconvenience for customers who need assistance during this time.Overall, this is a reliable and trustworthy business that provides excellent service to its customers.
