This location is not the best to rely on. The employees might not handle equipment properly, like dropping a tree, which can cause serious damage to surrounding structures. Some clients have experienced similar issues. One client even received a hefty bill despite already paying in full. The company still expected payment. Other clients have also reported being overcharged, with some even having to involve attorneys to resolve the issue. The employees' behavior is difficult to understand, especially when taking into consideration their lack of accountability and refusal to cooperate with clients. The employees seem to lack basic care for their clients, as seen in their unwillingness to help clients with the problems they've caused. Employees might act in an unprofessional manner. Clients don't get the expected service, and it can even put their property at risk. Employees might not provide the expected quality service.
