This storage facility offers a secure and convenient self-storage experience with multiple locations in Florida. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many reviewers praising Michelle, the property manager, for her exceptional customer service. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with units ranging from small to large, including drive-up units. Prices are considered affordable, especially for the quality and security offered. However, one reviewer mentioned an issue with unauthorized charges to their account, and another reviewer experienced problems with customer service from the new management team. The facility has made efforts to improve, including updates to the property and new management, but it's essential to be aware of these potential issues.Overall, this facility seems to be a good option for those in need of storage in the Tampa area, especially for those who value customer service and security. However, it's crucial to carefully review the terms and conditions, including any additional fees, before renting a unit.
