The All Smiles Orthodontics location in New Port Richey City has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from clients. Many have praised the friendly and welcoming staff, who go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. The office is described as clean and well-organized, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Clients have also appreciated the efficient and flexible scheduling, with many able to get in for appointments on short notice. The team is said to be knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer questions. While some clients have mentioned that the office can be a bit far from their homes, many feel it's worth the drive for the excellent care they receive. One issue that has been raised is the inconsistency in certain staff members' approach to patient care. While some clients have had exceptional experiences with specific assistants, others have reported feeling frustrated or dismissed by certain staff members. This inconsistency is highlighted by one client who was disappointed to receive different colored brackets without being asked for their preference.Despite this issue, the majority of clients have had positive experiences at All Smiles Orthodontics. The team's kindness, professionalism, and commitment to patient care are consistently praised, and many clients have reported feeling confident and happy with their treatment outcomes. Overall, this location appears to be a reliable and trustworthy choice for orthodontic care.
