This business has a solid reputation, with a decent overall rating of 4.5. The quality of their work is also high, with a rating of 4.8, indicating that they are reliable and effective in their field. The pricing is very competitive, with a rating of 4.9, which suggests that they offer good value for the money. However, there isn't enough information available to rate their innovativeness. The business is a real estate consultant and agent, located at Building 1526, Bloomingdale Ave Avenue, Valrico City. They have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for people with disabilities to access their services. They work with co-brands like ALL PROS REALTY, which has been serving the Tampa Bay area for 20 years. Their working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.The business has received many positive reviews from clients, with some praising their hard work, patience, and professionalism. For example, one client appreciated how their realtor worked around their schedule to show them houses, while another client praised their team's ability to find them their dream home. However, one client had a negative experience, reporting that they had to call them back multiple times to fix issues with a storm door.Overall, this business seems to be a solid choice for people looking for real estate services. While there may be some issues with communication and follow-through, their high-quality work and competitive pricing make up for it. It's worth noting that the business has a clear and professional online presence, with a website and social media accounts that showcase their services and team. One area for improvement is in providing clear and accurate information to clients, as seen in the negative review about the storm door. It's also worth considering expanding their hours of operation to better accommodate clients with different schedules. The business's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are a definite plus, making it easy for people with disabilities to access their services.
