All Pro Rug Cleaning is a professional rug cleaning company located in Sarasota City, offering expert services for Oriental rugs, area rugs, and handmade carpets. The business provides on-site parking, free parking lot, and wheelchair-accessible parking lot. They offer on-site services and online estimates.
The company has received excellent reviews from clients, with a rating of 5.0 on third-party ratings. Clients praise the quality of the work, timely completion, and excellent communication. The staff, particularly Jonas, are described as polite, pleasant, and professional.
One issue that has not been adequately addressed is the availability of services for clients with limited mobility or transportation needs. While the business has wheelchair-accessible parking, there is no mention of transportation services or accommodations for clients who may struggle to drop off or pick up their rugs.
Despite this, All Pro Rug Cleaning has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services, with many clients expressing satisfaction with the results and recommending the business to friends and family. The company's commitment to honesty and transparency is also commendable, as seen in Jonas' refusal to overpromise and underdeliver on a difficult cleaning job.
Overall, All Pro Rug Cleaning is a reliable and trustworthy option for those in need of professional rug cleaning services.
