All Pest Off is a reliable company that offers top-notch pest control and lawn maintenance services. They have a strong presence in Lakeland, Florida, and have been serving the area for years. The company has a dedicated team, including owner Rob Rent, who is knowledgeable and professional in his approach. One of the standout features of All Pest Off is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They offer flexible scheduling, with appointments available during the day and early evening. Their team is always responsive to customer concerns, and they take the time to explain their services and answer questions. The company's pricing is also competitive, with fair rates for their services. They offer a range of packages to suit different needs and budgets, and they are transparent about their pricing and services. While All Pest Off excels in many areas, there is one issue that requires attention. A customer had a negative experience with a treatment that caused their lawn to burn, but the company failed to apologize or make amends. This incident highlights the need for the company to improve its communication and customer service in situations like this.Overall, All Pest Off is a great choice for those looking for reliable and professional pest control and lawn maintenance services. However, they need to work on addressing customer concerns and improving their communication to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
