This business seems to be a reliable choice for electrical services. The staff is very responsive, professional, and courteous, as evident from the reviews. They are known for their expertise and ability to handle a wide range of electrical tasks, from rewiring homes to installing surge protectors. While the quality of their work is consistently praised, some customers have noted that the initial assessment and proposal process could be improved. Pricing seems to be competitive, with some clients mentioning that they received fair quotes for their services. The team's innovativeness is also a plus, as they are willing to go above and beyond to meet customers' needs. However, there is one issue that stands out: a few clients have mentioned that they had to wait for a short period before their service was scheduled, which might be a concern for those with urgent electrical needs.
