This tire shop has a long history of customer satisfaction. Many reviewers praised the shop's friendly and helpful staff, including the owner, Mike. They mentioned that the staff is knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. One reviewer even mentioned that the owner is a veteran, which adds to the shop's positive reputation.
The prices at this shop are often considered to be very competitive, with many reviewers mentioning that they found better deals here compared to other shops. The shop also offers a wide selection of tires, including new and used options, which can be beneficial for customers on a budget.
However, there were a few instances where the shop's service was not up to par. One reviewer mentioned that they had a bad experience with a mechanic who was rude and unprofessional. Another reviewer mentioned that their used tire blew out after only a month, which is a significant concern for customers.
The shop's location is convenient, with many reviewers mentioning that it's easily accessible and has a clean parking lot. The shop is also wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with mobility issues.
Overall, this tire shop has a good reputation, but it's not perfect. While the staff is friendly and helpful, there have been some instances of poor service and quality issues with the tires. However, the shop's competitive prices and wide selection of tires make it a great option for customers who are looking for a good deal.
One notable issue that was mentioned by several reviewers is the shop's tendency to overprice used tires. While the shop offers competitive prices, some reviewers felt that they were being taken advantage of when they purchased used tires. This is something that the shop should address in order to improve customer satisfaction.
The shop's innovativeness is also worth noting. They offer a variety of services, including tire patching, balancing, and rotation, which can be beneficial for customers who want to extend the life of their tires. They also offer a warranty on new tires, which provides customers with peace of mind.
Overall, this tire shop is a good option for customers who are looking for a reliable and affordable place to get their tires serviced. However, it's worth doing some research and reading multiple reviews to get a well-rounded understanding of the shop's strengths and weaknesses.
