This business location is exceptional in many ways. The real estate agency is accessible to everyone, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for people with disabilities to visit and do business. The working hours are also very flexible, operating 24/7, which is convenient for those who need to reach out at odd hours. Alissa Caputo Realty is highly praised by their clients, who appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to make the home buying and selling process smooth and stress-free. The clients appreciate the attention to detail, expert knowledge, and negotiation skills that Alissa possesses. One minor concern that some clients have mentioned is that Alissa can be very patient, which, while a strength, can sometimes lead to delays in the process. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall excellent service provided by the agency. The pricing of the services seems to be competitive and reasonable, with many clients praising Alissa's ability to secure the best possible price for their homes. Overall, this business location is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and experienced real estate agency that can handle all their needs with professionalism and care.
