The location is a great place to rent an apartment, with a high overall rating. The quality of the apartments is good, but there is room for improvement. The pricing is excellent, making it a great value for the cost. The innovativeness of the location is somewhat limited, but it is a well-established complex with a lot of experience in providing a great living experience for its residents. The staff is very responsive and helpful, with many reviewers praising the professionalism and friendliness of the leasing team, particularly Nancy and Hector. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and at home. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The location is convenient and easy to navigate, with plenty of amenities nearby. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the office hours could be more flexible, especially on weekends when it's difficult to find time to view apartments during the week. Overall, Alexander Park is a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.
