This location is a wonderful place to spend time in nature. It has a variety of trails for hiking and biking, including a paved trail that is easy for kids and dogs. The trails take you through a mix of open areas and wooded sections, and there are many scenic views of the Alafia River. The park also has a boardwalk that is perfect for birdwatching, and you may even catch a glimpse of some wildlife such as skinks, great blue herons, and white ibis.
