This hotel and motel offers a convenient location, with the address being Building 346, S Hamden Dr Drive, Clearwater Beach City. The property seems to cater to travelers who prefer to stay in one place, with both hotel and motel accommodations available. The on-site parking area is convenient for guests. The clearwater beach location provides access to local amenities and attractions. However, some visitors have reported that the quality of the property is somewhat average. On the other hand, guests appreciate the value for the price they pay. The clearwater beach location can be noisy, especially during peak season. Travelers who like to try new things might find the property's layout and amenities a bit limited. The overall experience is pleasant, with a mix of comfortable accommodations and a convenient location. One notable issue is that some rooms may require a walk down the hall, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
