The location is well-represented with a clear sign at the address Building 1307, E Hillsborough Ave Avenue, Tampa City. The phone number +18133742155 is visible and can be easily contacted. The property has a partnership with Alaska Motel, which could be an advantage for customers. The general appearance of the location is standard and can accommodate guests. However, the exterior needs some touch-ups. The grounds are tidy and well-kept.The interior is simple but clean and well-maintained. The rooms, including the five rooms mentioned in a survey, are well-equipped with modern amenities. However, the overall quality of the rooms can be improved. The pricing for the rooms seems to be competitive, but it's a bit difficult to get a sense of the exact cost. It's worth noting that the property has its drawbacks, one of which is a lack of noise control. Some guests have reported being disturbed by loud noises, especially at night.
