This location has been a reliable service provider for shipping and mailing services. The staff, particularly the one taking care of freight, is friendly and provides great service. The network covers a wide range of destinations, making it convenient for customers. On the day of pick-up, the team handled everything efficiently, even when the weather was not favorable.
The shipping service is professional and handles freight shipments effectively. Alaska Air Cargo is well-known for its shipping services, and this location is no exception. The staff is highly appreciated for their efforts. However, one area that might need attention is the pricing, as it's not transparent in the known data.
Generally, the services offered are satisfactory, and the staff's hard work is valued. However, customers may need to pay more attention to the pricing when using the services. A little more transparency in pricing would make the services more appealing.
