The business has a decent overall rating, but the quality of service and products could be improved. However, the pricing is fair and the innovativeness of the business is commendable. The clients are satisfied with the services they receive, especially the pedicures and manicures. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making clients feel comfortable and relaxed. The salon has a clean and pleasant atmosphere, with a wide range of services and products available. However, some clients have reported issues with the quality of their nails, with some experiencing chipping or peeling after a short period of time. There have also been some complaints about the attitude of some staff members, with one client feeling that they were treated poorly by a technician who repeated a misunderstanding and didn't take it seriously. Despite these issues, the business has a loyal customer base and is well-regarded in the community. Some issues with the business include:* Quality control: There have been reports of chipping or peeling nails after a short period of time, which suggests that the quality of the service may be inconsistent.* Staff attitude: One client reported being treated poorly by a technician who repeated a misunderstanding and didn't take it seriously.* Communication: There have been some issues with communication between staff and clients, with one client feeling that their needs were not met because they didn't ask for a specific service.Overall, the business has a lot of strengths, but could improve in areas of quality control and staff attitude.
