This business location provides home aircon repair services. The address is Building 2024, Whitfield Park Dr C 2 Street, Sarasota City. Customers can reach them by phone at +19417470139. They offer repair services. Air Tech Services Inc is one of their co-brands. Despite its clean location and service offerings, the business has been known to struggle with following through on customer service.Unfortunately, one major issue that affects this business is the poor response to customer inquiries. It has been reported that several customers have tried to contact the company multiple times to schedule routine service inspections, but were met with silence. This lack of communication is disappointing, especially considering the significant investment some customers have made with the company. The company's quality of service has not been consistently met, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction with their experiences. The pricing of the services is not explicitly stated, making it difficult for potential customers to make informed decisions. One customer shared a positive experience with the installation of a new air conditioning unit, but even this was marred by the poor customer service they received after the fact. Overall, the business has room for improvement in terms of its responsiveness and quality of service.
