The storage facility at Building 2912, N Street, Floor orida Ave, Hernando City is a well-liked destination for those seeking secure and convenient storage solutions. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the staff, including Chris and Bob, have been praised for their helpfulness and professionalism. Many customers have appreciated the cleanliness and well-lit facility, as well as the easy access to storage units.Despite some minor issues with mechanical gate problems and weekend hours, the majority of customers have had a positive experience, with several praising the affordability and fairness of the prices. Some customers have also appreciated the additional services offered, such as the option to set up autopay and the provision of locks for storage units. However, there have been some complaints about the lack of 24-hour access due to gate issues, and one customer experienced difficulty gaining access on a Saturday when they showed up with a rental truck and hired help.Overall, the facility has received high ratings from customers, with many expressing their willingness to recommend it to others.
