In and out in an hour 15, not bad considering my first time. Dr was very nice. The staff that was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was super nice especially Iesha who was the best, very efficient and patient. Would highly recommend this place. All the staff was friendly! The nurse practitioner was amazing, kind and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the NP was phenomenal with evaluating my knee and making sure I was scheduled for a MRI as soon as possible. The provider, intake, nurse and receptionist were excellent. Very friendly and efficient. I was seen quickly, as the check-in process was easy and efficient. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the team was able to create a supportive environment for both you and your son. There are multiple issues, including being told that the clinic doesn't treat bursitis when it was clearly listed as a service they provide, being billed for services not provided, a long wait time for an appointment that was scheduled in advance, a long wait time in the lobby with no update on wait time, and multiple comments about unfriendly or unhelpful staff members.The facilities are wheelchair accessible, offer online booking, and are open 7 days a week with extended hours on weekdays. They accept multiple forms of payment, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The staff is friendly and professional, and the care received is excellent.
